"Bye-Bye Flying Horse" patch
- a robust and clean TELNET protocol implementation
- fixed hz lib (autoconvert) utf8 buffer overflow exploit
- enabled term resizing in runtime, and even AYT!
- eliminated the flying-horse delay in connecting stage
