Get gnomehier actually install the mtree by 'USE_GNOME=gnomehier' instead of
'USE_GNOME=gnomeprefix'. I mean to do that long time ago and I totally forgot
about it. The gnomeprefix can break some configure, setup.py or some different
build tool when they don't have common of CONFIGURE_ARGS support. Also, it
doesn't make any sense to use CONFIGURE_ARGS if the tarball has no configure
in there or not need to be build.
