Set "anchor" and "fill_clip_rectangle" arguments.

* widgets/e-text/e-entry.c: Set "anchor" and "fill_clip_rectangle"
arguments.
* widgets/e-text/e-text.c, widgets/e-text/e-text.h: Added
"fill_clip_rectangle" argument which describes whether to accept
clicks throughout the clipping rectangle.
