Modified to support gnome-doc-utils. Added Spanish translation. Removed

	to support gnome-doc-utils.
	* help/es/es.po: Added Spanish translation.
	* help/omf.make, help/update_po.pl, help/update_translation.pl,
	help/xmldocs.make, help/es/Makefile.am, help/es/topic.dat: Removed
	old files.
