guix: Fix the rmbuild stage and drop unused code

Drop workarounds for building without user namespace and building with
root. They are not needed to get successful builds on Copr.

Drop code for printing the test log. It never really works on Copr
because the check stage aborts at the first failed command.

Grant write permissions to the test directory at the end of the check
stage. Otherwise, Fedora 37 builds fail on Copr at the rmbuild stage
because Guix creates non-writable files during the test.

Unify the style of comments by using correct cases and adding periods.
