* Fix the bug that sometime after reading old articles, the newer one will be
set unread.
* Remove global variablt brc_name from bourd.c.
* Change prototypes of brc_unread, brc_initial, and brc_addlist. Add const
modifier.
* Add commants in brc_* funtions.
