large terminal rules.

- vmsg with formats is now vmsgf.
- deprecates vmsg_lines
  = i hope changes in admin does not make trouble
    because the old way looks like a mess within my terminal.
- pending issue:
  = pressanykey_or_callangel is in oldway
  = showtitle, msg_seperator, and others should also be fixed
