+。任一資料皆請確實詳填，僅接受中文及英文註冊單，但以能寫中文註冊單為原則。
+。不接受共同帳號之申請。
+。非本國人現於本國就學就業者: 請填寫在台聯絡電話及地址。
+  ->非本國人無身分證字號者，請選"不居住台灣"即可填寫註冊單。
+。本國人現於外國就學就業者  : 請使用中文填寫在台之聯絡方式，
+                              如以英文填寫所在國家(非本國)者，則請務必
+                              詳細填寫並清楚表達。
+ (原則是以當時能聯絡的 或以在台的聯絡方式 為佳)
+
+若無法填寫註冊單者(以下列三項為主)，請把所有資料(真實姓名、聯絡電話、
+生日(月/日/西元年)、居住地址、性別等資料寄給帳號總管，會以手動方式認證通過。)
+    1.名字一直不被系統接受
