	Rewrite the attachment UI to better utilize GIO and also to migrate from GnomeIconList to GtkIconView. This also introduces a "List View" option similar to Nautilus, as well as the EAttachmentHandler framework for extending attachment handling (may eventually replace EMFormatHook).
