* providers/MH: Kill this. It doesn't have any code to do anything
the new mh provider doesn't do better.
* providers/Makefile.am: Remove reference to MH subdir, and
promote nntp to fully-supported status, since it does compile and
all.

raw routines are declared public now.
Md5 use has to be versatile.
* camel/providers/MH/mh-uid.c (mh_uid_get_for_file):
new func. Returns an UID for an MH message.
