(print_comp): Use global, persistent print configuration. GnomePrintDialog is now a GtkDialog. Remove manual configuration parameter shuffling. Set up page using new methods. (print_calendar): Like print_comp(). For month view, force landscape mode by temporarily setting it in the config, and remove the old hack. (print_setup): Port.
