Made these able to find the potential row for a new node which will be the

* e-tree-table-adapter.c (find_next_node, find_first_child_node):
Made these able to find the potential row for a new node which
will be the last row.
(find_row_num): Made this handle find_next_node and
find_first_child_node returning n_map.
