cut&paste from e-table-sorted-variable.c and massage names a bit to make
2000-12-13 Chris Toshok <toshok@helixcode.com>
* e-table-sorter.c (qsort_callback_complex),
(ets_sort_build_subset), (ets_sort_subset),
(ets_sort_free_subset), (sort_groups_compare),
(ets_sort_by_group): cut&paste from e-table-sorted-variable.c and
massage names a bit to make sort group sorting work.
(ets_sort): if the ETableModel has sort groups, sort using the
sort group.
