copied the EMap widget verbatim from Ximian Setup Tools. Hmm. Maybe it

* e-map.[hc]: copied the EMap widget verbatim from Ximian Setup Tools.
Hmm. Maybe it should go in gal, but its not a very general widget.
* Makefile.am (INCLUDES): defined MAP_DIR for e-map.c.
(libemiscwidgets_a_SOURCES): added e-map.[hc].
