convert to use ETree instead of GtkCTree.

* e-storage-set-view.c: convert to use ETree instead of GtkCTree.
* e-storage-set-view.h: change superclass from GtkCTree to ETable.
* main.c (main): call e_cursors_init.
* Makefile.am (evolution_LDADD): add libetable.a
