* e-summary-tasks.c (generate_html): set the default timezone on the
server.
* e-summary-calendar.c (e_cal_comp_util_compare_event_timezones):
update to check for DATE values.
(uids_to_array): pass the default timezone
to cal_recur_generate_instances.
(generate_html): set the default timezone on the server.
