Fix OpenBSD/FreeBSD support
Move the "$host" down when $host is actually set (that is after
AC_CANONICAL_HOST).
Don't set DL_LIB to libdl which is not available on OpenBSD/FreeBSD and
set NO_UNDEFINED to null.
