(em_junk_sa_test_spamd_running): Don't invoke /bin/sh. (em_junk_sa_test_spamd): Simplified, also don't invoke /bin/sh. (em_junk_sa_check_junk): Cleaned up/simplified. Also don't invoke /bin/sh.
