improved filter instructions, vFolder instructions. still need work
* C/usage-mail.sgml: improved filter instructions, vFolder
instructions. still need work though.
* C/usage-contact.sgml: added screenshot.
* C/usage-calendar.sgml: added screenshot.
* C/config-prefs.sgml: added screenshots, and now describes the
