* C/usage-calendar.sgml: Renamed events to appointments (please review for me as it was a simple regex replace).
* C/usage-mail.sgml: Removed "emoticon" and "root of all evil", removed gargantuan, removed instances of "the the", changes Virtual Folders to vFolders, renamed "Attachements and HTML Mail" section, reworded "Embellish" to say "Enhance"
