Added camel-folder-thread.[ch].

* Makefile.am (libcamel_la_SOURCES): Added
camel-folder-thread.[ch].
* camel-folder-thread.c: message-threading algorithm, taken from
evolutions' mail component, as it is generally more useful than
just for evolution itself. Changed to use e-memchunks as well to
speed it up a little and use less mem.
