Switched to the "official" FSF markup. I will have to make changes to the

Pending discussion by GDP. * C/apx-authors.sgml: Changed Matt Loper's email address to loper.org; added Jeff Stedfast and Peter Williams to authors list, realphebetized. * C/config-prefs.sgml: Revision to reflect current options labelling. * C/evolution-guide.sgml: Changes to part intros. * C/preface.sgml: Spelling and menu fixes.
