Require gnome-xml 1.8.7 (or later, but not 2.0). xmlParseMemory's behavior
* configure.in (xmlpatch): Require gnome-xml 1.8.7 (or later,
but not 2.0). xmlParseMemory's behavior in 1.8.7 is incompatible
with its behavior in 1.8.6 and earlier.
