Treat commas as token delimeters. (WEEKDAY_CHARS): Use full weekday names

* broken-date-parser.c (datetok): Treat commas as token
delimeters.
(WEEKDAY_CHARS): Use full weekday names in case the broken mailer
used the full names.
(MONTH_CHARS): Same as above but for months.
