Don't use dir_sep as top-level directory, use "/".

* providers/imap/camel-imap-store.c (get_folder): Don't use
dir_sep as top-level directory, use "/".
* providers/imap/camel-imap-folder.c (imap_expunge): Get rid of
unused variable.
