Add camel-smime-context.[c,h] and camel-smime.[c,h] to the build.

* Makefile.am: Add camel-smime-context.[c,h] and camel-smime.[c,h]
to the build.
* camel-smime.[c,h]: New source files for manipulating S/MIME
message parts.
