	simple function that sync's from fd to fd.
	(mbox_summary_sync_full): Use summary_sync_mbox to do the real
	work.
	(mbox_summary_check): Create removed events if the folder gets
	cleared.  Also, dont clear the summary before a rebuild, try to
	merge.
