Changed dependencies on libibex.la to libibex.a. In test9_LDADD, placed
* tests/Makefile.am: Changed dependencies on libibex.la to
libibex.a. In test9_LDADD, placed libcamelmbox.la before
libibex.la, as the former requires the latter.
