* gui/event-editor.c (clear_widgets): Block the signals as appropriate.
(fill_ending_date): Ditto.
(fill_recurrence_widgets): Ditto.
(recurrence_type_toggled_cb): Only sensitize the widgets and
preview the recurrence if the toggle button is active.
