(email_ber): return NULL if there are no elements in our list. (homephone_ber): same. (business_ber): same. (build_mods_from_ecards): add smarts to handle list elements properly (like email, business_phone, home_phone.) now we'll properly send updates if any element in the list changes. svn path=/trunk/; revision=8047
