Remove erroneous refs on folder_type_registry, storage_set.

* e-shell.c (e_shell_construct): Remove erroneous refs on
folder_type_registry, storage_set.
* e-shortcuts-view.c (destroy): unref the shortcuts, causing a
massive ripple chain ref-count reaction.
