New maintainer rule for handling automatic rebuilding of aclocal.m4 if any
* Makefile.am (macros.dep): New maintainer rule for handling
automatic rebuilding of aclocal.m4 if any of the macros change.
(MACROS): New variable. List of all `m4' macros in this
directory.
