Use camel_mime_parser_read to read internal parser data.

* camel-http-stream.c (stream_read): Use camel_mime_parser_read to
read internal parser data.
(camel_http_stream_get_content_type): Implemented.
(http_method_invoke): Use HTTP/1.0 instead of 1.1
