* README: add a bit mentioning that if configure claims you don't have something installed when you think you do, that it's probably because you installed it in the wrong prefix, or because you need a -devel package. * configure.in: Add a new macro EVO_CHECK_LIB that checks for a gnome-config-based library of a given version or later, correctly, and if doesn't find it, suggests that you consult the README.
