Epiphany allows you to set a custom CSS to change the look and feel of every web page that you visit. You may want to do this to set a preferred font size or colour scheme.

Open WebPreferencesFonts & Styles.

Tick the Use custom stylesheet checkbox, then press Edit Stylesheet.

Your default text editor will open. Add you custom CSS and save the file.

Maybe use a slightly more practical example. Custom CSS does not apear to be working in 3.8.2 for me right now, so I cannot test it.
