Use ellipsising labels to shorten the bookmarks and topics titles in

Use ellipsising labels to shorten the bookmarks and topics titles in
menus, instead of chopping the strings off at the end.
Fixes bug #147765.
Use gtk_entry_set_width_chars() to set the smart bookmark entry width,
not gtk_widget_set_size_request().
