	and filename encoding.

	* embed/ephy-favicon-cache.c:

	Bump favicon cache xml version.

	* embed/mozilla/EphyHeaderSniffer.cpp:

	Fix mem leak, and use CONF_STATE_SAVE_DIR instead of the download dir
	key for directory persistence.
