Add GECKO_CHECK_HEADERS, wrapping AC_CHECK_HEADERS.
* configure.ac:
Simplify some header checks with GECKO_CHECK_HEADERS.
Check for nsINonBlockingAlertService.h.
* embed/mozilla/EphyPromptService.cpp:
* embed/mozilla/EphyPromptService.h:
* embed/mozilla/MozRegisterComponents.cpp:
Implement nsINonBlockingAlertService.
