Added "icondir" variable ( == $datadir/$package/icons ). The purpose is

* data/epiphany.pc.in:
Added "icondir" variable ( == $datadir/$package/icons ).
The purpose is allow extensions to install custom themeable icons
in this directory, so they can use named icons without add a new
icon search path.
