• API declarations, if any
• public libraries
• internal headers, alphabetically sorted (mostly)

Directly add the libempathy, libempathy-gtk and extensions directories
to the include search path. This decouples header inclusions from their
location and helps when reorganizing the source files layout.

This makes a bit more obvious which headers come from public libraries
and which ones come from uninstalled utility libraries.

We used to hardcode UINT, but this does not work for haze CMs.

Split the utilities from the widget and the dialog; we now have an enum
for supported applications, with a special value which means "all
applications", which is the only one which triggers showing the "Source"
column in EmpathyImportWidget. We need this to avoid being redundant in
the EmpathyAccountAssistant, as we already choose there the application
from which to import.

It was decided that if pidgin has an account with no host set, then
both the server and port should be ignored, as a special case in XMPP.
